What is the SEND code of practice for children and young people?

Special educational needs and disability code of practice: 0 to 25 years is the statutory guidance for organisations which work with and support children and young people who have special educational needs or disabilities.

This guidance is put together by the Department for Education and the Department of Health and Social Care.
