What Is The Local Offer?

A Local Offer provides children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND), as well as their families, with information about the support services that the local authority believes will be available in their area. Each local authority is responsible for creating a Local Offer and ensuring that it is accessible to everyone. In Warwickshire the Local Offer provides information about the following:

  • Early Years & Education.
  • Social Care.
  • Transport.
  • Health.
